Mountain villa in Besire

Architectural design and drawings, 2020-2021

Building area: 292 m²

Construction industry: 2020-2021

Located on the slopes of Mount Besire, this 292 m² villa offers a beautiful vacation spot for a family of five. Designed to accommodate both winter and summer stays, the villa blends simple architecture with its natural surroundings, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The architectural concept focuses on simplicity and comfort, balancing functionality with aesthetic appeal. The ground floor is dedicated to communal spaces, including an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. Large windows with panoramic views of the mountain landscape, fill the interior with natural light and provide direct access to outdoor terraces. The surrounding garden, swimming pool and playground enhance the attractiveness of the villa and offer various recreational opportunities for the family.

The upper floor houses the private living areas with the master bedroom and children's rooms. Each bedroom is designed to maximize comfort and privacy while maintaining the visual connection to the outdoor environment. Minimalist interiors with warm wooden floors and built-in storage create a cozy yet refined atmosphere.

The choice of materials has been carefully considered to ensure durability and ease of maintenance, given the remote location of the villa. The façade is built of natural stone with a cement layer on the outside. Plasterboard as the inner layer provides insulation and is easy to maintain, while high-performance glass minimizes energy consumption all year round.
