Located in the scenic mountainous area of Kanya Sinji in the Amadiya district, this cozy holiday home is designed to offer comfort and relaxation in all seasons. Spanning 147 m² on a single floor, the house blends simplicity with functionality to create a peaceful retreat.

The floor plan features an open living room that seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining area, creating a welcoming space for gatherings. The house has two bedrooms, one of which is a private suite with its own bathroom. In addition, there is a shared bathroom, carefully arranged for convenience.

Built to ensure comfort in all weather conditions, the walls are insulated with rock wool on the inside and finished with plasterboard. The exterior is clad in bricks with insulating foam layers, providing both thermal insulation and a natural aesthetic. The ceiling is decorated with plasterboard, which adds a touch of elegance to the interior. The windows are made of 13.5 cm insulating aluminum with double thermo glass, which provides excellent thermal insulation and energy efficiency.
