This project was planned to be implemented in phases based on UNESCO's program for similar projects, which encouraged me as an architect to come up with simple design solutions in favor of its strategic plans: easy to build and maintain, low cost but efficient and of high quality.
My design was based on the concept of modules and there were some other factors that contributed to this concept, such as the topography of the site, so the idea led to consider separate modules but also interconnected with short links to solve the level problem without having to cut down the whole site during the site preparation phase, which would also help to reduce the construction cost of the project.
The main gate, the secondary gate and the campus fence were also part of projects designed for UNESCO. The initial construction was followed by the gradual addition of more buildings. In 2020, the main gate underwent renovations, during which the construction company added extra slats to the main design.
